Dr. Saini has a special focus and expertise in the surgical management of cancers of the breast, head and neck, esophagus, and upper aerodigestive tract. He actively treats a large number of younger women with breast cancer, accounting for about one-fourth of new patients with breast cancer at the cancer hospital. His research interests include clinical oncology, palliative and supportive oncology, cancer databases, and tissue banking. He has published more than 100 articles and completed many sponsored research projects. He has received numerous awards and recognition for serving cancer patients and raising cancer awareness in the region.
